DYHS: FDSV Case Support Worker

Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service (DYHS) is recruiting an FDSV Case Support Worker (50D Identified).

The FDSV Case Support Worker provides culturally safe, trauma-informed, and community-centred support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients impacted by family, domestic, and sexual violence. Working as part of a bi-cultural model of care, the role is responsible for risk assessments, safety planning, case coordination, referrals, and client advocacy. It ensures all support is grounded in cultural knowledge and respectful engagement with individuals and communities.

The position also plays a key role in building cultural understanding across the FDSV team, engaging with community stakeholders, and supporting continuous service improvement through accurate data collection and reporting.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in East Perth. The salary annual range is $80,602 to $83,020 (pro-rata) plus superannuation.
