Perpetual is recruiting for the following roles in the Noongar investment committee:


Noongar Investment Committee Member

Perpetual is seeking a Noongar or non-Noongar Aboriginal Member for the Noongar Investment Committee.

The Noongar Boodja Trust Investment Committee forms parts of the Noongar Boodja Trust Governance Structure. The Noongar Boodja Trust is established to receive, hold and manage all of the assets arising from the South West Native Title Agreement.

The Noongar Investment Committee is responsible for the development of the Investment Policy, and consulting with the Noongar Corporations Committee, the Noongar Advisory Company, and the WA Government about investment matters. The Investment Committee selects Investment Managers and reviews their performance. The Committee consists of seven (7) persons appointed by the Trustee.

Noongar Investment Committee: Independent Property Expert

A property expert is sought with:

  • extensive experience in the property development industry – ideally with significant experience with commercial property development in Perth and the South West of Western Australia and governance of property portfolios

  • a heart for community and a genuine desire to improve the social and economic wellbeing of Noongar People

  • leadership experience in your field and a focus on strategic thinking.

The term of appointment will be three (3) years and a person cannot be appointed for more than two (2) consecutive terms.

An investment expert is sought with:

  • extensive experience in financial services – ideally within the wealth management sector, including investment research, asset management or assessing and monitoring fund managers

  • a heart for community and a genuine desire to improve the social and economic wellbeing of Noongar People

  • leadership experience in your field and a focus on strategic thinking.

The term of appointment will be three (3) years and a person cannot be appointed for more than two (2) consecutive terms.
