Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF) is seeking an Aboriginal Affairs Lead to help shape a culturally safe, inclusive, and empowered workplace.
Based in Kwinana and Murdoch (relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025), this strategic role leads the implementation of WesCEF’s Aboriginal Inclusion Plan, Indigenous employment and leadership initiatives, cultural safety frameworks, and community partnerships. This role works closely with senior leaders and teams across the business, embedding cultural capability and empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary package including super, bonus, and Wesfarmers shares.
