Relationships Australia WA: Aboriginal Resource Worker

Relationships Australia WA is seeking an Aboriginal Resource Worker – Djinda Service.

Based in West Leederville and supporting outreach work, this role provides vital support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and children affected by family and domestic violence or sexual assault. You’ll work closely with individuals and families, offering culturally appropriate support, advocacy, and referrals to help ensure safety, healing, and empowerment.

The Aboriginal Resource Worker, will also assist in developing outreach programs, building strong connections with other services, and advocating for the rights and wellbeing of clients. This is a community-based role that requires strong communication, cultural knowledge, and a commitment to walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families with compassion and care.

This is a permanent part-time role at 30 hours per week. The salary range is $76,000 – $85,000 p.a. pro rata, plus superannuation and generous salary packaging benefits.
