The University of Western Australia (UWA) is seeking a Senior Manager, Indigenous Employment.
This is an opportunity to lead attraction, retention and workforce planning strategies to shape the future of Indigenous employment across UWA, lead employment strategy across UWA to grow and strengthen UWA’s Indigenous workforce, and drive programs that support long-term career pathways and culturally safe workplaces for Indigenous staff.
It’s a full time role based in Crawley. The annual salary range is $153,165 to $159,132 plus superannuation.
Candidates must identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander under Section 50(d) of the WA Equal Opportunity Act, 1984.
