Provide program leadership, manage a small team, oversee service delivery and ensure strong outcomes for children and young people through culturally safe, child-focused and FDV-informed practice.
A full time role based in Midland. The annual salary range is $105,000 to $108,000.
Program Officer/Cultural Mentor - Indigenous Healing Service
This is a frontline role to build strong relationships, provide mentoring and case management and deliver meaningful activities that support healing, safety and cultural identity.
This role based in Midland, with part time and full time opportunities available. The annual salary range is $85,000 to $92,000.
Case Management Officer/Care Navigator - FSN and IFSS
This role supports children, young people and families with complex needs through early intervention, care coordination and intensive case management, helping prevent escalation to child protection and strengthening family wellbeing.
It’s a full time role based in Midland, with an annual salary range of $85,000 to $92,000.
Provide organisational and administrative support to our Executive and Program Managers. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation and strengthening internal systems, coordination and compliance processes.
It’s a full time role based in South Guildford with an annual salary range of $85,000 to $92,000.
