South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS) is recruiting for an Aboriginal Health Navigator.
The Aboriginal Health Navigator works within the Maternal Child Health team to support women and their families. This role will support them during antenatal, birthing and postpartum care. The ORCHID program is a family centered program for diabetes in pregnancy.
It’s a part time role based in Bunbury.
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent is a requirement for this position under section 50(d) of the Equal Opportunity Act.
