The Polly Farmer Foundation is recruiting for a Program Manager - Follow the Dream.
The Program Manager will lead and support our Follow the Dream Primary and Secondary programs, working closely with schools, communities, and partners to help Aboriginal students achieve their goals.
Responsibilities include building strong relationships with schools, communities, and stakeholders, including government, corporate, and philanthropic partners, identifying and growing partnerships that support student success, and promoting family and community engagement in education.
It’s a full time role based in Perth.
