MercyCare is seeking an Aboriginal Youth Mental Health Outreach Worker.
The Aboriginal Youth Mental Health Outreach Worker will deliver tailored support and advocacy to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Focus on building strong, trusting relationships with clients, promoting open communication, and empowering them to enhance their overall wellbeing.
This role will provide both one-on-one support and group-based interventions aligned with each client’s goals and needs. Responsibilities will include developing, monitoring, and reviewing assessments and support plans, while ensuring access to appropriate therapeutic, vocational, and educational services.
It’s a permanent full time role based in Mirrabooka.
