Karlup Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a General Manager - Service Delivery.

The General Manager - Service Delivery plays a pivotal leadership role in guiding the delivery of culturally grounded, community-led services that achieve meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal people and families. Through active engagement across networks, forums and strategic collaborations, the General Manager amplifies community voice, builds trusted partnerships, and positions Karlup as a respected leader in culturally informed service delivery.

The role provides strategic and operational oversight of programs, supports frontline managers, and ensures services are delivered with integrity, excellence and alignment to Karlup’s vision and cultural authority.

It’s a part-time role based in Midland. The hourly rate is $56.95.
