The Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia (AHCWA) is recruiting for an RTO Manager.
The RTO Manager is responsible for leading all operational, compliance, quality and delivery functions of AHCWA’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
This newly funded role sits within the newly established Workforce Development and Training Work Group — a key component of AHCWA’s expansion under the landmark National Skills Agreement (NSA) — and represents an exciting opportunity to build a culturally safe, high-performing RTO that strengthens workforce capability across the WA Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) sector.
It’s a permanent full time role based in Boorloo/Perth. The annual salary range is $115,775.71 to $128,639.67 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
