Kardan Construction is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the Founder/Business Owner.
This is a trusted partnership role supporting a business leader across multiple projects, priorities and relationships. The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic support function — managing time, filtering communications, identifying priorities and ensuring the business owner can focus on leadership, decision-making and growth.
This is not a traditional administrative role. The Executive Assistant will operate with judgement, discretion and initiative in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, and be highly organised, perceptive with people, and comfortable managing complexity and competing priorities.
It’s a full time role based in Boorloo/Perth.
