Applications are open for the Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) Elevate Program.
The 18-month Elevate Program provides an opportunity for board capability development to eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The program supports participants to develop the skills, confidence and experience needed to pursue directorship roles with IBA and other organisations.
Commencing mid 2026, participants will gain access to an observership position on an IBA subsidiary board or committee, mentoring, networking opportunities, and supplementary education required to enhance their governance skills.
At the completion participants may be invited to extend their involvement in the program or join IBA’s pipeline of capable Indigenous non-executive director candidates for boards of IBA Investments subsidiary companies.
