Strong Spirit Strong Mind Program Coordinator
The Strong Spirit Strong Mind Program Coordinator is responsible for the management, cultural integrity, operational delivery and evaluation of Koya's whole-of-life Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) program for Aboriginal children (5–12 years), young people (12–17 years) and young adults (18–25 years) in the City of Swan and City of Kwinana.
It’s a full time role based in Midland.

Aboriginal HIPPY Tutors
The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) is an international program currently operating in 100 communities across Australia. In Australia, HIPPY is a free, two‐year, home‐based early learning and parenting program that:
Empowers parents and carers to be their child's first teacher
Supports children to develop a lifelong love of learning
Offers employment to some HIPPY parents/carers through a tutor role
Connects families to people, places and services in their local community.
The HIPPY Program in Midland is a First Nations focused site, prioritising the engagement and support of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families. The HIPPY Tutor works directly with parents and carers of young children to support early childhood learning in the home. Using the HIPPY curriculum, the Tutor empowers families to strengthen their child’s learning, school readiness and confidence through play-based, home-learning activities.
It’s a part-time role based in Midland.
