Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator

The Executive Assistant and Officer Coordinator is an integral role and trusted partner to the CEO and Executive Management Team (EMT) providing proactive administration and report preparation, meeting and event logistics, travel management and assists with the day-to-day operations of IBN Group’s Perth office.

Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong time and project management capability, and advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.

It’s a full time role based in Boorloo/East Perth. The annual salary is $110,000.

Accounts Clerk

Reporting to the Finance Manager as part of the Perth-based Finance Team, the Accounts Clerk supports the financial management and sustainability of IBN Group by ensuring accuracy in maintaining financial records, processing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, and the reconciliation of bank statements and credit card transactions.

It’s a full time role based in Boorloo/Perth. The annual salary is $80,000.

Corporations Governance Partnership Officer

The Corporations Governance Partnership Officer works collaboratively with each of the four Representative Corporations to enable and strengthen governance capability, support compliance obligations and enhance the effectiveness of the relationship between IBN and each Representative Corporation. 

The role provides advisory, facilitative and governance support, ensuring strong information flow between entities and assisting with the coordination of meetings, documentation and reporting.  The Governance Partnership Officer will be relationship-focused, highly organised and capable of working across multiple organisations with differing needs. Strong written communication skills, discretion, cultural awareness and an ability to explain governance concepts in clear, practical terms are essential.

It’s a full time role based in Boorloo/Perth.
