Hancock Iron Ore is recruiting for an Indigenous Engagement Advisor.
The Indigenous Engagement Advisor will join the People and Culture team and reporting to the Principal Veteran & Engagement Programs.
This is a key role in fostering strong, respectful, and collaborative relationships between Indigenous employees, site leadership, and Human Resources teams across our multiple sites. The position is dedicated to supporting positive workplace experiences, enhancing cultural understanding, and ensuring meaningful engagement that contributes to the success and well-being of the Indigenous workforce.
It’s a full time FIFO role from Perth - 4/3 roster.
