Compass Group is recruiting for a National Manager Indigenous Engagement and Inclusion.
As a senior member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) team, this role is responsible for driving and implementing our Indigenous Engagement & Inclusion framework across the organisation. This position provides thought leadership, innovative solutions, and strategic guidance to leaders at all levels. The role collaborates closely with Executive Directors, General Managers – Operations, and senior management to drive sustainable improvements in Indigenous engagement and inclusion.
This position requires a high level of commitment, knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. By providing specialist technical advice and coaching, this role fosters a culture of inclusion, respect, and accountability across the organisation.
It’s a full time role, based in Perth.
