The Mining and Automotive Skills Alliance (AUSMASA) is recruiting for a First Nations Engagement Manager.
The First Nations Engagement Manager will strengthen relationships with First Nations communities, organisations and representative bodies across the mining, automotive and skills sectors.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Industry Partnerships and Stewardship, this is a senior, standalone role with organisation-wide influence. The position works closely with the Executive Director and across all functions of the business, with exposure to the CEO and broader leadership team.
It’s a full time role based in Melbourne or Perth. The annual salary range is $160,000 to $200,000 plus superannuation.
Eligible applicants must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander with strong community connections.
