As we transition out of the initial start-up period of the historic South West Native Title Settlement, our Strategic Plan 2025–2028 sets a clear vision for our future.
Forever Noongar marks the beginning of a new era, as we work to embed self-determination structures for our Noongar Nation.
For the next three years our key focus will be six objectives:
Noongar Voice: Embedding Noongar rights across the Settlement and ensuring Noongar perspectives influence decisions at every level.
Noongar Culture and Language: Protecting, preserving, and celebrating Noongar heritage, including leading the development of a Noongar Cultural Centre.
Noongar Lands: Coordinating the delivery of the Noongar land estate and housing land fund in partnership with Regional Corporations.
Noongar Futures: Strengthening the Noongar Boodja Trust and building pathways for long-term sustainability and prosperity.
Noongar Empowerment: Supporting Regional Corporations and developing the next generation of Noongar leaders.
SWALSC Foundations: Ensuring SWALSC remains strong, accountable, and equipped to deliver on its mission.
Forever Noongar: A unified, visible and vital Noongar Nation.
Kalyakoorl Noongar: Noongar boodjara baldja, koota-djnang wer kaaradjiny.
