Wungening Aboriginal Corporation is recruiting for General Manager Programs, to oversee the management of Children, Family and FDV programs.
The General Manager Programs works with the CEO and Executive Team as a pivotal leadership position, providing strategic and operational oversight across a diverse portfolio of culturally responsive services. These include early intervention and family support services, family domestic violence services, and out of home care services.
As a senior leader, the General Manager is responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, workforce capability, and compliance, while embedding Aboriginal ways, flexible service delivery, and authentic connections into the work we do. The role also plays a key role in contributing to sector reform, policy development, and advocacy to influence systemic change. This role will oversee the management of programs in Wungening’s Children, Family, and FDV Services portfolio.
It’s a full-time role, based in East Perth. The annual salary is $196,847.40 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
