Wungening Aboriginal Corporation is recruiting for a Coordinator.
The Coordinator – Wooree Miya will lead the operations of Wungening’s women’s refuge service, providing culturally safe, trauma-informed support to Aboriginal women and children escaping family and domestic violence.
The role involves overseeing refuge programs, supervising a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the delivery of a holistic, therapeutic model that responds to the individual needs of clients. The Coordinator will also manage day-to-day operations, monitor service quality, and maintain safe, culturally appropriate systems in a 24/7 environment.
It’s a full-time position based in Perth. The annual salary is $106,909.05 plus superannuation.
