Wungening Aboriginal Corporation is recruiting for a Coordinator Community Foster Care.
Ngalla Bidee Mia (NBM) is Wungening’s Out of Home Care program, delivering family-led, trauma-informed, and culturally safe services to Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal children, young people, and families.
The NBM Community Foster Care Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and oversight of Community Foster Care Team, managing the recruitment and support of the community foster carers and case management of the children and young people in community foster care. The role works closely with the NBM Leadership Team to maintain operational excellence, Safeguarding controls, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
It’s a full time fixed-term role until 20 June 2026. The annual salary is $106,909.05 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
