Post-Placement Support Mentor
The Post Placement Support Mentor is responsible for delivering personalised one-on-one post-placement support to participants who have secured employment. The role focuses on engaging with employers to support participants in maintaining sustainable employment for up to six months.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with employers and industry stakeholders to create ongoing employment opportunities for participant referrals, while partnering with business and industry to secure and support sustainable employment outcomes.
It’s a full time fixed-term role until June 2027 based in East Victoria Park.

Employment Mentor (Section 50D)
The P242 Employment Mentor will work with program participants to teach them the skills and knowledge needed to find long-term employment. This is done through initiatives such as weekly Fit4work sessions, connecting them with suitable employers and providing general support/mentorship throughout the job seeking process.
The P242 Employment mentor must be able to provide a culturally safe environment for all participants and understand the barriers to employment that may be faced by the program participants.
It’s a full time fixed-term role until June 2027 based in East Victoria Park.

Parent Pathways Mentor (Section 50D)
The Parent Pathways Mentor will play a key role in empowering parents, fostering positive development, and connecting them to essential community resources. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build supportive relationships with parents, run programs in the community, and carry out mentoring sessions in group or individual settings.
The Parent Pathways Mentor will service areas south of the Swan River, within the Perth and Peel metro areas.
It’s a full time fixed-term role until June 2027 based in Boorloo/Perth.
