Waalitj Foundation is seeking a Deadly Sista Girlz (DSG) Operations Manager.
The Deadly Sista Girlz Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, logistical, and systems coordination of the DSG Program to ensure high quality, consistent and safe delivery across metropolitan and regional sites.
The role supports Program Managers, DSG Student Support Officers and DSG Engagement Officer and school site staff by translating program plans into efficient operational delivery, while embedding cultural safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
It’s a full time fixed-term role until December 2027, based in Lathlain.
