Southern Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a Senior Case Manager - Indigenous Skills and Employment.
The primary purpose for this position is to deliver high level screening, assessment and cultural case management. This position is responsible for delivering cultural case management for individuals currently experiencing incarceration as they transition back to community.
This role is crucial in facilitating successful reintegration and reconnection of Aboriginal individuals transitioning from incarceration to community and employment.
It’s a full time fixed-term role until 30 June 2028. The role is based in Albany with travel required throughout the Southern Aboriginal Corporation region.
