Ruah Community Services is seeking a Specialist - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement and Employment.
The Specialist will work closely with the People and Culture team, and reporting to the Executive Manager Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to drive opportunities for Aboriginal employment, development, retention, support, and career pathways across Ruah.
Lead initiatives to attract, retain, and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff across Ruah, provide cultural advice and consultation across People & Culture functions, and partner with internal stakeholders to embed cultural knowledge and understanding into organisational practices.
It’s a full time role based in Booloo/Perth.
Under Section 50D of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984, Aboriginality is a genuine requirement for this position.
