Parkerville CYC: Executive Manager Cultural Safety, Practice and Partnerships

Parkerville Children and Youth Care is seeking an Executive Manager Cultural Safety, Practice and Partnerships.

The Executive Manager Cultural Safety, Practice and Partnerships will lead Parkerville's Reconciliation Action Plan, Aboriginal Engagement Framework, and anti-racist organisational strategy. Build and sustain authentic partnerships with Aboriginal communities and ACCOs as well as embed cultural safety into service design, workforce practice, and the day-to-day reality of how Parkerville shows up for Aboriginal children, young people, and families.

Be a co-leader in place-based service delivery model - working alongside Executive Managers in the North and South as an equal partner.

It’s a part time role (4 days per week). The role is based primarily across Midland and Armadale sites, with outreach across the metropolitan service footprint.
