The North Metropolitan Health Service is recruiting for an Aboriginal Liaison Officer - Mental Health (50d) Male.
This position liaises with and supports the delivery of accessible, effective and culturally secure care to Aboriginal mental health patients and their families. As part of the Aboriginal Mental Health Liaison team, the role work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to bridge communication barriers and support in medical reviews, discharge planning and other aspects of care related to the patient’s recovery.
It’s a full time role based at Mount Claremont. The annual salary range is $98,183 to $105,699.
