Luma is seeking a Team Leader to provide day‑to‑day leadership and operational support to the dedicated Aboriginal Women’s Service (AWS) team.
Working closely with the Manager, the Aboriginal Women’s Service Team Leader will help to ensure high‑quality, client‑centred and culturally secure services that support Aboriginal women and align with organisational and funding requirements.
This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about supporting Aboriginal women, enjoys leading others, and values strong relationships, cultural safety, and community‑led practice.
It’s a full time role based in Boorloo/ Perth.
