Indigenous Managed Services (IMS) is recruiting an Aboriginal Engagement Officer (Identified Position).
The Aboriginal Engagement Officer supports the development of culturally respectful employment pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The role is responsible for relationship management, business development, and mentoring, while promoting IMS’s commitment to meaningful Indigenous employment and economic development.
Working in partnership with clients, employees, and community stakeholders, the position builds and maintains strong relationships, supports tendering and new business opportunities, and provides cultural support to Indigenous employees. It ensures all engagement is grounded in respect, cultural understanding, and positive community outcomes.
This is a part-time, flexible position based in West Perth with a competitive hourly rate to be negotiated.
