Indigenous Desert Alliance (IDA) is recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a senior executive leadership role responsible for overseeing the internal operations, organisational performance, and delivery of IDA's core activities, ranger development initiatives, and sector development projects.
The COO will work closely with the CEO, Board, and Executive Team, ensuring that the IDA operates efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with its strategic plan and values. The role provides strong operational leadership, builds a high-performing organisational culture, and ensures that ranger and member priorities are embedded across all aspects of IDA's work.
