IBN Corporation is seeking an Intensive Support Officer (Social Worker).
The Intensive Support Officer will support the implementation of the new Intensive Support Office (ISO) model and provide targeted case management and program support across areas including accommodation, mental health, substance use, education, health, and employment.
Working within the Member Services Team, this role serves as the escalation point for Members requiring intensive assistance beyond core services. The ISO is responsible for delivering assessment, planning, monitoring, and advocacy through a combination of virtual, in‑person, and administrative support, ensuring Members are connected with appropriate programs and service providers.
It’s a full time role based at the head office in Boorloo/Perth, with a package of $100,000+ including superannuation and salary packaging.
