Eighty9: Indigenous Mentor

Eighty9 Limited is seeking an Indigenous Mentor: Transition to Work.

The Indigenous Mentor is responsible for providing effective support, mentoring and intervention to Indigenous clients that enables them to successfully participate in education and employment. This role will work with a number of key stakeholders to provide opportunities for Indigenous clients, taking into account their skills and abilities, as well as their community and cultural needs. The Indigenous Mentor will also provide on the job support to a youth participant, and assess and address the workplace support needs of each individual to ensure ongoing employment is maintained.

This role is integral to ensure sustainable outcomes for the Indigenous cohort, requiring a flexible, outcome-focused individual with a can-do attitude.

It’s a full time role based in Midland, supporting caseload all over Perth North.
