Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service is seeking a Welfare Support Officer.
The Welfare Support Officer will work closely with Social Workers, SEWB practitioners, and multidisciplinary clinical teams to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients experiencing social, emotional, and systemic challenges.
The role focuses on trauma-informed, strengths-based case management and advocacy to address the social determinants of health and promote self-determination.
It’s a full time role based in Boorloo/East Perth. The annual salary range is $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation.
