Downer EDI Limited is recruiting for a Social Inclusion and Indigenous Engagement Manager.
The Social Inclusion and Indigenous Engagement Manager will lead and influence initiatives that strengthen the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commitments, uplift social responsibility outcomes, and embed inclusion and belonging across the Transport and Infrastructure business.
From contributing to major bids and tenders, to supporting cultural change programs, to strengthening partnerships with Elders and community leaders - the work will directly influence how Downer shows up as a responsible, community‑minded organisation.
It’s a full time role based in Boorloo/Perth.
