Dept of Justice: Aboriginal Visitor Scheme Operations Manager

Department of Justice is recruiting for an Aboriginal Visitor Scheme Operations Manager.

As a senior role within the Aboriginal Visitor Scheme (AVS), the AVS Operations Manager 50(D) is critical to delivering culturally safe, compassionate support that strengthens the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal people when disconnected from family. The role meets statewide operational needs across Western Australia by ensuring effective coordination between on‑site AVS staff and the 24/7 call centre, enabling timely, responsive and consistent service delivery.

The position champions respectful communication, accountability and integrity, operates within established governance and chain‑of‑command frameworks and actively contributes to cultural reform.

It’s a full time role based in Boorloo/Perth. The annual salary range is $120,457 to $132,753 plus superannuation.
