CAMHS: Lived Experience Coordinator

The CAHS Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is recruiting for a Lived Experience Coordinator.

This role will collaborate closely with the CAMHS management teams to support the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Lived Experience (Peer) Mental Health program.

The Lived Experience Coordinator provides leadership, supervision, mentoring, and support to Lived Experience (Peer) workers, and contribute to training initiatives within the Mental Health Services team. This role acts as a change agent, offering expert guidance and working alongside leadership and operational teams to embed lived experience, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed approaches into service models and practices.

It’s a permanent full-time position, based in Nedlands. The annual salary range is $122,597 to $130,265.
