The Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia (ACHWA) is seeking a RTO Compliance Officer.
The RTO Compliance Officer supports the RTO Manager and Executive Manager Workforce Development and Training to ensure AHCWA’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) meets all requirements, maintains audit readiness, and operates in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2025 (Standards for RTOs 2025).
This newly created role exists due to new National Skills Agreement (NSA) program funding and plays a central part in building the foundations of a high-performing, culturally grounded RTO that strengthens the capability and training pathways of the WA Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHS) sector.
It’s a permanent full time role based in Highgate. The annual salary range is $77,183.80 to $87,474.98 plus superannuation and salary sacrifice.
