The Australian Childhood Foundation is recruiting for a First Nations Cultural Consultant.
As an identified position, this role provides strong cultural leadership and strategic guidance to ensure governance, policies, and practices are grounded in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives. Play a key role in shaping decisions, ensuring cultural integrity, accountability, and respect for First Nations ways of knowing, being, and doing.
Beyond offering advice, this is a transformational role - strengthening reconciliation, cultural safety, and ethical decision-making across all levels of the organisation.
It’s a permanent part time role (22.8hrs per week) with a flexible location, and some interstate travel is required. The hourly rate is $65.39 to $67.96 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
