Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation (AAC) is recruiting for a People and Culture Administration Assistant.
The People and Culture Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organisation.
Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating staff inductions and maintaining compliance and training records, supporting the People and Culture Manager and Corporate Services Manager with administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation and systems, including ELMO (experience preferred).
It’s a part time role based in Kewdale (3 days per week).
